I have been reading up on body types trying to classify mine. I have been working out for about 5 years now so I may just be good at understanding how to reach my goals easily. I go on bulking cycles and sometimes on cutting cycles. I am 6'1 at 295 now. I still do wide grip pullups for sets of 10 easy and have to hang a 45 from belt so I can only get 5-6 a set. I do dips and go up nto 2 45s hanging usaully get 6 (harder then it sounds at my 295 lmao). All my lifts are really high. I use 3-5 minute rests between sets to maximize strength gains. When I cut last year I dropped 40lbs in 2 months easy too. I lost so much strength when I did it though. I was really cut all over. My abs start coming in at around 240. When I get to 230 the cuts are easy to see. I feel like a pussy at that weight though lmao. I remember doing 275 on the bench at 230 and only getting it twice. I was so mad I put on about 20lbs in the next month. Lifts shot up quick when I gain. So I am not sure which body type I would be. I can hold 295 easy without any supplements but I am not sure if I can drop weight because I know how or if it is my body type? Basically when I cut I eat the same amount I just add a routine I made myself. After workout I work with knee strikes I learned in MMA classes and do full body situps. I have lost 15lbs in 2 weeks before and dropped 3 pants sizes in the same time. Basically use speed drills with knee strikes and checks 30 each leg while holding 5lb weights in a normal stance then drop down and do 30 full body situps right after. Basically keeping heart rate up while only targeting core so it burns fat there only without as much strength loss because of losing weight where I need it. So what type of body type do you think I have?
