Hello everyone. My name is Jennifer. Im 20 years old and 30 pounds overweight. Prior to three years ago when I was single I would be so bored I would go to gym every day now that I have been in a relationship and living with my fiance I have gotten to comfortable and lazy and have gained 30 pounds. To my horror I ran into an old friend who pointed out how much Weight I have put on.Their have been studies that show that women who dont tell anyone that they are trying to lose weight lose more because they dont get the immediate feedback from their friends. For Example if I go tell my best friend right now that Im going to start working out she will say well good for you and I will feel like I am already reaping the benefits with complements even though I havent done anything. With this world being so high tech and everyone always on their phones why cant we use them for a private support group to share our weight goals, fears, struggles, and achievements? So here is my purposal. I pledge to workout at least three times a week every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday for sure. I am going to attempt to hold myself to this but I would like some support and motivation just like Im sure hundreds of other girls want. I would like to start a texting only support and motivational support group. I just want a bunch of girls to give each other feedback and support and then receive in return for no cost if you already have texting. I currently setting up a website at http://textsupport.vpweb.com/ so that we can all reach our goals together. Help me out!
