Question by alex1: I"m exercising and lost weight and inches, now 3 mos. into it gained lots of inches on thighs,hips,etc..why?
also doing the Herbalife milk shake for breakfast and cut back on soda, candy etc...drinking 2 lts. water a day....any suggestions???
My exercize routine is 40 mins. on treadmill @6.0mph./30 mins. elliptical trainer @9.0mph 6 days per. week

You are probably just gaining muscle mass, nothing worng with that.
