Stuff you can do at home when you're unable to go to the gym. Not just push ups and sit ups. Please include each muscle and what should be done each day. Ex: Monday, Wednesday, Friday same muscle groups.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday different muscle groups. (Same muscle groups every other day except for Sunday)
