Alright, so, I have been working out for the past month and a half and have lost weight and gained a little muscle. My nutrition isn't horrible, but it isn't the greatest either. I still have a little bit of body fat on my stomach, and a little on the chest area. I am about 6'1" and I am 147 lbs. I personally don't think I need to lose anymore weight, I am already skinny, just not muscular. I worked out the other day and tried muscle milk for the first time. What I want to know is will Muscle Milk make me gain fat back? Or will I steal be able to, in a sense, flatten out and mold my abs and chest?

Can't answer your ? about the muscle milk but if you just started working out a month ago you have to keep working it an make sure you are doing the right exercises for the results you want. In order to build muscle you really should have a little meat on your bones to start. You can turn fat in to muscle to get more bulk in some areas, especially the chest an upper arms. Maybe you should give the muscle milk a chance even if you do gain a few lbs. from it. You might need more weight to build the muscle your looking for. Personally I think for your height you should weigh at least 155 - 160 to build the muscle tone your looking for. To loose the stomach fat find some stomach an waist exercises. Be careful of the exercises you choose to build the muscle in your chest an abs. There has been reports on the news about certain exercises that will destroy your back an are not good for you. I have a son who is 6ft. 4in. tall an weighs 250 lbs. He used to have a lot of body fat until he started working out. He turned a lot of the fat into muscle. Part of the key was to start out slow an only work out every other day an gradually increase the reps an alternate what exercises you do. Don't keep doing the same thing all the time. If you feel the need to do it every day then find different exercises to do every other day an increase the reps once a week. My son would do enough reps until he stared to feel like he could not do to much more. He would stick with that # for the week an increase it by a few more the following week. What works for one doesn't always work for another but it doesn't hurt to try. Hope this was helpful.
