Question by Manda: Diet plan and workout regime help?I am 5'3" and 114 pounds. I am also a vegan. I want to lose some weight an?
was wondering if this is a good workout and diet regime.
Workout: An hour of working out to a dvd...alternating weight training and cardio.
Diet: morning-Odwalla bar...lunch-bird's eye steam fresh individual serving vegetables(1) and some fruit...dinner-lots of fresh veggies..dessert-soy yogurt or fruit.

ummm you dont need to go on a diet your perfectly healthy in weight and height but its great that your working out. but make sure you eat enough because if you dont eat enough then it would be really bad and make sure you get some protein too!!! :)
