Question by : I hate my weight, what can I do to lose a pound a week or more?
I was at my friend's house and I was sitting by her brother and she was getting peaches in the kitchen. Her dog was barking so she said 'Jesse go get the dog out' and he said 'No you're fatter you need to lose weight go get her yourself' and so she asked how much he weighed, he said 98 (he's 15!) and my friend said 78 pounds. And then I got asked and I said 'I'm not in this' because I'm 94! I'm 12 and female. Also 4'11. I don't eat much, I drink TONS of water everyday. I would loveee to be 85 or something by August 15th (school opening). I have very bad control with food. And excercising doesn't help much. Any ideas?
Best answer:
