Total of 10 sets on leg press on 7/20/10...correct form (no hand assistance and at least 90 degree legs)...this video was my 8th set...the breakdown is listed below: Set 1: 4 plates for 8 reps Set 2: 8 plates for 8 reps Set 3: 12 plates for 8 reps Set 4: 14 plates for 8 reps Set 5: 16 plates for 8 reps Set 6: 20 plates for 10 reps Set 7: 22 plates for 8 reps Set 8: 23 plates for 7 reps Set 9: 16 plates for 20 reps Set 10: 12 plates for 10 reps
