okay so, i am gonna start out by saying I have a good body according to most people, but I am not happy with it. so a week ago I have been eating so healthy and exercising a LOT! here is my schedule...

wake up 7:00- start with abs: do 465 crunches ( rotating sides ), 25 reverse sit-ups each side, 15 single leg snaps. then i do hips and thighs: 125 "air-humps". :) haha, jump squats and lunges (as many as i can handle), then these little ab plank/leg lift things.
then i do pushups and tricep pushups.

i then go upstairs and make me a weight loss meal replacement shake at around 9:00. then at about 11:00 i will eat some fruit or a plain stick of celery. Then i go back down and do all those exercises again.

at around 2:00 i will eat something little maybe like a tortilla or small salad, sandwhich or a pizza stick or something.
then i go back down and do the exercises AGAIN!

then around i eat a small portion of dinner..(Whatever is being prepared that day) and if it isn't a healthy choice i will have another meal replacer shake. then i do the exercises again, and then one more time after bed. . .

this has been going on for about a week and a half and i notice no difference in my weight or inches.. :( what is WRONG?!?!?! grrr

(for the first 3 days i didnt eat anything but i still did the exercises. I wasn't really doing it on purpose though, but i didn't lose anything then either!?)

and is this routine ever gonna start working for me? . nothing has worked so far.
my dad does a cleansing system where it has worked miracles for so many people but for me it does nothing. its so weird and SO irritating.

when i have school i just skip out on lunch and continue my routine after.
I DONT WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PILLS, DRINKS, PROGRAMS. ANYTHING. I JUST WANT EXERCISES AND EATING ADVICE!!!!

I used to be quite fat, then I lost about 3 stone in about 2 and a half, nearly 3 months. I used 2 weight loss products:

While I would recccomend these products to anyone who is serious about loosing weight, I'd watch out in your case, you sound to me like you are nearing anorexia, if other, honest, people say you look good, best bet is to ask someone who has no romantic interest at all, such as a gay friend, then you should probably just be happy with how you look.

The bottom line when it comes to gaining weight is eating extra calories! This principle should never be overlooked nor should you ever taking the short cut to gaining weight - taking steroids or any other such illegal substance. If you can't or won't eat properly, then taking the short cut to 'massiveness' could hurt your health in the long term.Here are some of my top tips for newbie weight training and body building enthusiasts.If you are very new to this science, then eat 3 - 4 protein rich meals per day and then have 3 or more 'snack meal' on top. By doing this, your body will gradually get used to you eating more and more food when the time comes. But eating frequently and not letting your body go hungry is key here.My next tip is to heat higher calorie count foods and also healthy unsaturated fatty foods such as those which contain olive oil. Also eat seeds and nuts, including peanut butter and avocados. Make your meals larger portions than you would normally have eaten, pre your weight training life.Increase your protein intake. Eat proteins like eggs, fish, red and white meat (steak, chicken and turkey) milk and protein supplements and also high calorie fruits like bananas. Your body will gradually need more and more of everything - protein, carbohydrates and some fat. Also consider changing your snack time drinks. Drink shakes, milk and juices instead of sodas, coffee and tea.
