i am 6 foot, i think its crucial you know my weight but i don't know it, my dad reckons since im very skinny i can't be less then 60kg-65kg because of my height.
In a few days, my weight set(90kg), weight bench, barbell, dumbell, weight lifting belt gloves, wraps , skipping rope and punching bag.
What should i start off doing, any websites to see, my diet will be shitty, although i have the milk, my fitness used to be good, last year, rescently i have smoked a lot in the past year, but two years ago i smoked even more, and i stopped and got fit, by running a lot and i could do runs faster than most in my school of 1000, then i stopped..
Also when should i start creatine, or not start taking creatine, all im looking for is to really bulk up, but have more of a fighting physique, because atm i get into some fights, and its not like when i was younger that just being aggresive helped, i got nothing other than a "old school boy" technique on how to throw a punch that's probably useless.
Don't worry, i'm really not that interested in getting in fights, but it is fun, although still im not looking to be some pumped football hooligan, just once in a while, the main thing is, im going into year 11, and i'm a nerd at heart, so i'm stopping smoking ganja, aswell as cigarettes for sure, and don't touch other stuff anyway..
I always go on to much, cause i can type fast, sorry, and thanks,
sam
