Question by Cheetah: I need a good weight lifting routine?
For the past 4-5 weeks I have been going to the gym 3 times a week. I go Monday, Wednesday, and thursday. Tuesdays and Friday I play hockey for an hour. I have lost weight which makes me very happy. 30 minutes on the eliptical rider is what I have been doing. Was doing the fat burn routine. Well the thing I am most unhappy with is my chest and stomach. My chest is a little flabby (Not so bad, 6" 199 pounds) but enough that is bothers me. If I was to add a 30 minute weight workout which execrices should I do to make my chest less flabby and maybe one day tone. Would not mind bulking up my arms either. I have upto 1 hour in the gym but I could push it to 1.5 if needbe. I just get bored and I am tying to avoide that. So 1.5 hours with .5 on cardio. What should I do? Plus how much should I lift, a lot or little many times?
