I am willing to do anything ! I'm freakin 4'8 and weigh 99 lbs but I'm skinny but I want to weigh 80! Okay I do ballet and pointe and lyrical everyday for 2 hours but idk if I weigh so much of muscle ... I JUST WANT TO LOSE WIEGHT FAST please ! :,(

Well, you are already underweight for your height.
If you are a dancer, chances are you weigh heavier than non dancers of your same height class because of the muscle build.
If you want to loose muscle, just stop working out, though I don't recommend that.
Being skinny and being light are two separate things, if you want to be thin, then you need to change your genes or go to a cosmetic surgeon. There is no way to spot-reduce fat.
