This past week has been hell! All I think about is food. I recently rejoined Weight Watchers and now I'm obsessed with eating. I feel like I eat all day long. I weigh myself on my WW scale every morning and every morning I have gained a pound. I think I may have OCD.
When I was on WW be4 I was not like this. I took things in moderation, now I'm crazed!
I don't know how to stop my nuts "O" thoughts.
Ideas?
Best answer:
Your not masd your just craving. Eating all day long isnt a bad thing so long as what youre eating is healthy small portions often is much better than a big heap up of food. Be careful what you snack on go for carbs rather than sweet sugary things if your diet will let you.
Munch on celery it has literally no calories. You are doing well and weighing yourself is to be expected Just dont make it your only goal, make sure you have a good laugh and see your friends whilst on this diet as its easy to get obsessed.

Joelene Delport's Planned Weight Loss Success
Article by Zachary Judge
I remember my success weight lost burning fat plans, the day I made up my mind to change in my life as if it were yesterday. My friend and I had just returned from a shopping spree - I had just bought a new skirt, which she told me looked great and I turned to her and replied "Thanks for the compliment, but that is the last time I will be buying anything from that store again"
From that moment on, I changed my plans outlook success, I joined weight watchers and started on, what was then, the Points system. Initially it was difficult to motivate myself and stay motivated. Things such as altering my portion sizes which involved almost halving what I used to eat. To make it easier I bought a plate that had two rings on it . It had a small one in the middle, and then another ring outside it which was the size of a main meal.
I only put my food in the middle ring, until I got used to the size of an allowable portion. Another successful way you can do it is to select a chicken breast or piece of steak the size of your palm with dry pasta the size of a 5c piece. I also stopped using sugar in my tea and coffee. I drink water when I am thirsty and when I have a soda I only drink diet soda, and I keep it to a minimum.
Exercise is essential for losing weightI have always loved belly dancing and Tai Chi and my flat mate and I used to do it regularly but when she left for Canada I lost my motivation and become a fat absorber and l fell by the wayside and I started to neglect myself. One afternoon I was talking to some of the women that I worked with and decided to get involved in an all women's boxing class.
It involved 1 hour of training twice a week, and it was incredibly motivating and inspirational burning working out with an all female group. We would shout words of encouragement to each and push each other to the absolute limit. It was a fantastic experience and our trainer was absolutely awesome. He pushed us to the limits and encouraged us all the way along to success!
I had been the member of a gym for over 2 years, but up to that point I had never actually been going regularly. When I started, I began by running on the treadmill. At that point, I could only run for a couple of minutes due to the weight and fitness level and then had to walk. It felt really fat embarrassed at the time but now I realize that no-one was even looking at me. They were all so focused on what they were doing that they didn't even notice if what I was doing. Perseverance and hard work has paid off and now I can run for 40 minutes without stopping with success. I was going to boxing twice a week and visited the gym as often as possible, what a lost plan for burning calories!
I also made burning plans by going to pilates on a regular basis once a week which improved my strength, balance and posture dramatically. I went to a few Zumba classes because I really enjoy dancing but unfortunately could not afford to keep going but I still kept going to the gym and using all the fat conquering facilities and classes they had to offer. Since then they have introduced zumba as one of their regular classes and I am really enjoying it. And suddenly I realised that I was actually exercising without realizing it and loosing weight naturally because I was having so much fun doing it - pilates, boxing, stretching, zumba. Seeing and feeling the changes in my body only made me more and more motivated and the more changes there were the better I felt about myself and I started to feel truly alive again.
I successfully lost over 10 kilograms in a year, I weighed 81 kg when I started and now I am down to 70 kg. Obviously this will fluctuate depending how you are feeling and whether you are on holiday but I am so proud of what I have accomplished.
It is not an easy road, every day is a challenge. I exercise and watch my portions, but I can still eat what I want and when I want just all in plan moderation For me the key to fat burning is to keep striving to be the best I can be and that involves every aspect of my life not only the scales.
You wont lose weight until you put all your thoughts and beliefs out there and come up with a plan.
If believe you are fat or don't think you can do it, that you are not worth it and don't deserve to be happy then you wont be. Believe in yourself, believe you can lose the weight, believe that you deserve all the good things life has to offer you, believe that you are worth every breath you take and then regardless of how hard the going gets, especially when you look at those scales and they haven't moved or they have, but in the wrong direction, you can and will get to where you want to be successful!
One last word of burning fat is: scales aren't the only indicators of weight loss - start out by doing measurements, and on a weekly basis check how they have changed. Many times I would look at the scales and say "My body mass has gone up?
But I've been working so hard this week" but when I did my measurements my waist had shrunk a couple of centimeters and that lost skirt I bought when I started was getting way too loose for me, It keeps me on my burning plan track and motivated for another fat busting success week.
This is my story, good luck with everything and I hope this has helped in some small way.
REMEMBER: Weight lost doesn't happen in a flash, must have a plan success, but if you persevere and believe in yourself IT WILL HAPPEN - I am a burning fat living human example, breathing proof.
