I've been benching for a few weeks now and I have a strange problem. Somehow, there seems to be more weight on my right hand than my left... I've tried making sure that my hands are centered and equal, that I'm going down the same distance, and (obviously) that there's the same weight on each side of the bar. But there still there is still more weight on my right hand. Doe anyone have any ideas what I could be doing wrong or what the problem is? Thanks.

Hey mate a common problem - just to clarify, do you mean your right hand is weaker, or it feels like the right side is heavier?? and are you right or left handed. ??
Continue to use good form, and it will get better, but you can also try using dumbbells for presses instead. These are much harder, but (in my opinion), better for building chest mass/muscle.
Also remember, its better to use less weight and practice with good form. be patient. Good luck!
