I weigh 215 pounds. Please don't jeer at me, i used to weigh 228. I am 18, and at least 5 times a week, I try to jog for 30 minutes in the morning.
But I jog for one block, do 5 push ups, jog another block do 5 push-ups and so on. Then, once back home, I do 2 sets of planks for 30 seconds. I also try not to drink soda and eat junk food. Should I continue this?
Also, should I change my exercise every month? Like alternate between jogging and biking?

all i can say is well done, you are doing what u need to do and dont stop, yes you could change your exercise routine it is a good idea as it means your body does not become complacent also different exercise menas different muscle groups targeted. If you want try to go the whole distance on your jog on some days and do the push ups in sets afterwards, this will help your stamina and general fitness, but really you are doing it right just keep at it. oh yes, keep with the no junk food or soda, the more healthy u eat the faster the fat will go plus u will feel more energetic with out the toxins that go with junk food. drink plenty of water too, to wash out toxins that come from fat burn. if u keep it up u will get down to your goal just keep going, if u can up cardio intensity every other day then that will help too, so say when jogging try sprint for 100m, jog for 200 sprint for 100 etc it ups your heart rate and will help metabolic rate.

Any women would come behind a guy if he maintains its physic perfectly and men who are desperate of not having a girl friend have to consider this point very seriously. Exercises including the abdomen, walking, aerobics, running, swimming, cardio can be carried out. Out of all these walking and abdomen have to be done at least for 30 minutes every day.
Watch what you eat:
More often women are responsible of cooking and men don't even consider or calculate the amount of calories they consume in a day. Once you have set a goal to lose weight all these should become a big factor and have a watch on what you eat. This is very vital since even regular exercise can go waste if you over eat than the amount which you are actually supposed to have. Reduce the oil content in your food and this will result in avoiding unnecessary accumulation of cholesterol in the body. Try to avoid dairy products which are rich in fat and always prefer skimmed milk. Low carb food aids to certain extent in losing fat very easily and instantly.
Healthy life style:
In addition to the above two points, what is more important is to lead a happy life. Too much stress will result in over eating and lack of sleep. Both these factors assist in gaining of weight thereby spoiling your goal on weight loss. So avoid it! Leave your work pressure when you leave office. Stay happy with your family. Eat a balanced diet which includes proper nutrient in right amount. Sleep well and adequate sleep about eight hours is very essential to any human being. This may help you in keeping yourself cool!
