So i eat oatmeal alot and i recently bought the active lifestyle oatmeal but i have never ate it. I normally eat just plain old oatmeal with half water and half milk then cut up apples in it but My sister recently told me to try the other kind. the only difference is that the active is 20 more calories.. but it had about 10 more g of fiber and 3 more grams of protien.. but it also has soduim 220mg while regular is none. Also active has more vitamins and other stuff in it? what should i doo??
