Every other day i do alot of exersize , Running On monday i do 25-30 minuits, Wednesday i do 1 minuiet fast running one minuiet walk. Friday i do circuit training 3x15 Press ups- Situps - Dorsal Raises , And a 1.5 Mile On saturday.
