The plan doesn't sound bad, but what are your goals here?

Are you just looking to lose weight? Are you looking to tone specific areas of your body? Are you looking for overall improved health? Also what exercises are you doing with the "100 sets 10 lbs weights"?

If you are looking to lose weight you have to include taking a look at your calories for the day. You need to know what your total daily calorie burn is and how many calories you are ingesting. 3500 calories = 1 pound. So, to lose one pound per week, you need to have a deficit of 500 calories per day.

The only way you will know if you are hitting this target is to track your calorie needs and what you are eating. I know it seems like a lot of work. But you need to know these numbers if you want to succeed and meet your goals.

Exercise is great! The goal of exercise in weight loss is to help create your calorie deficit. It's not enough just to exercise if you are eating the amount of calories your body needs to maintain your current weight.

I hope that helps a bit.
Best of luck to you.
