i'm 15 weight about 10 and a half stone which is about 150 pounds ish and i'm about 5 foot 3.
i want to lose weight so don't go saying you're young or whatever cos im not going to starve my self
i'm thinking of my diet more like healthier eating cos that's basically what i'm doing
exercise plan - i can only go to the gym twice a month i know that is pants but nothing i can do
i walk to and from school everyday (five days a week) about 20 - 25 mins each way (pretty fast cos im normally late ha-ha)
walk the dogs at least 6 times a week which i might increase to 10 times a week for at least half an hour up to an hour walking
im going to do an exercise dvd 2 - 3 times a week
50 sit up 3 nights a week
push ups (10 cos i don't want big muscles lol) and squats (25) 3 times a week
my diet is basically
either cereal (wheetabix or porridge or cookie crisp) or fruit (banana or apple) or a slice of toast (buttered) everyday for breakfast
piece of fruit between breakfast and dinner
a sandwich or salad or tuna pasta or tomato based pasta for dinner or fruit with yogurt if im not at school
actimel or yogurt between dinner and tea
tuna pasta (if i haven't had it for lunch) or chicken with veg and rice or roast dinner with no loads of potato and loads of carrots and sweetcorn or jacket patao with either tuna mayo or beans (eating the skin) and absolutely no takeaway :)
is there anything wrong with this?

is there any tips you have or snacks i could have instead of fruit or yogurt which is healthy?
how much weight do you think i could lose a week?
should i do more exercise? if so what? ( i have no weights or gym equipment)

Sounds like you're on the right track. Some of your meals seem pretty light though and while cutting back on food and calories is great, cutting back too much can cause serious harm, put your body in starvation mode and make you become malnourished.
Try eating cereal AND fruit for breakfast, not one or the other. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it should be your largest as well.
Everything else sounds pretty good, just make sure you don't eat too many bread products (like the pastas, breads and cereal).
You should lose about 2 pounds a week, which is healthy. Also, do more push-ups, if you can. You will NOT get big muscles. It is impossible (without steroids or other enhancement drugs) for girls to get huge muscles!!
