Question by TorTorlOViEjAEA: what are some good diet books that will help me jump start my weight loss?
My new years resolution is to loose weight, the only thing is I don't knoe where to start!!!!??? I want to have a strict meal plan I am also not a very good cooker so I was wondering if there are any good books to jump start my weight loss? And that will help me wit a daily meal guide
