Im looking into buying a punch bag to lose abit of weight and tone up my body overall. Would this also help me lose weight off my stomach and tone it up..? (Im looking to use the punch bag for abit of kick boxing aswell :)
p.s how long would i have to do this to start seeing results?

i should let you know its harder to keep cardio type endurance exercise up with the arms than the legs because of the muscle mass and blood-vessel mapping.
legs have more blood vessels and can clear burning faster than the arms so it can be hard to keep up 30 minutes of cardio using your arms.
But rowing teams in colleges across the country can do it so can you!
