Question by Sandy: What weight for women equals 100 kg in bench press for men?
My husband does one rep with 100 kg (freestyle) and I would like to know how much I need to bench as a women to be on the corresponding level of strength for women!
And please no bullshit answers questioning why I want to compete with my husband, because I don't, I want to compete with other women!
Oh and I almost forgot STUPID GORILLAS ARE FORBIDDEN TO POST!!!!!!!!! Not because I think it will stop them, but anyway.
