I.ve checked out diets and they seem to require fancy foods I've never heard of before or I can't afford them. Help!

Go on a protein diet.
You can eat unlimited quantities of meats, cheeses, and green veggies.
and anything that has no carbs.
I lost 5 pounds a week doing this.
