Question by : What kind of body can you build with body weight exercises?
like squats, calf raises, pull-ups, chin-ups, rows, dips, push-up, and hand stand push-ups? while adding additional weight when needed from a weight vest I have a V-max adjustable 150lb vest?
This is what my workout looks like now with sprinting and hitting the heavy bag for cardio. I like it but I was just curious about what kind of body I could achieve by doing this( athlete, fitness model, bodybuilder?) what type a physique is possible. Also has anyone had good success with these kind of workouts?

If you just want to look good (low body fat, decent definition) then bodyweight exercises are the way to go.
