Toe Touches with Weights

This exercise first involves laying flat on your back (on the floor or mat), while raising your legs in a 90% angle. You will then take your weights (the set) and bring them up to the toes as far as you can, while lifting your shoulders off the mat or floor. These are small movements that will burn the upper abs the most, but can still be felt in the entire core. If your neck starts to feel strained, use less weight, and sustain it with one wrist while hold 1 weight in the other.
