Well, as most of you know it's Sunday night/Monday morning right now. I was outside smoking (unhealthy I know) getting ready to watch Family Guy, and I decided to multi-task and watch Family Guy while trying to find Dexatrim success stories.
Needless to say, I found the complete opposite. People's friends dying, high blood pressure, etc. The reason why I decided to find some stories is because I've been nagging my mother to buy me Dexatrim for about a week, give or take, and Thursday night, she finally did. Friday I took one before work (3:30-10:00 EST) and took one at about 1:30 PM. Around 5, I noticed my hands were shaking uncontrollably (spelling?). It was even worse because I work at a pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician, so I have to write prescriptions for about 3.5 hours out of my work day.
I kept taking it because I figured if anything happens, I'm a strong fighter, because my sign is Leo and deep down, to me, that means 'don't give up', and I even gotta tattoo of it to...
..I got a tattoo of the sign to remind me not to give up when things get a little rough. So basically I've been taking the Green Tea Formula of Dexatrim for about 3 days now, but those stories kinda made me nervous. I've been battling my weight for YEARS now and I'm tired of my self-esteem. I've always been strongly opposed to weight loss pills, but I got desperate.
I was researching a bit and saw that working out when you wake up is a little bit better for losing weight. since I work second shift, I don't get up for the day until 12:30-1.
So I was wondering, if I did about 50-70 situps daily, and then jogged around my triplex daily, how long before I should see results, and would the dexatrim help with energy, or just stop it?
I drink water all day at work, but when I get home, I'm a sucker for soda, but I've been drinking diet sodas lately, even though it's just empty calories.

but it was easier, because I had to ride my bike home 1.5 miles, and then on my own did 50-70 situps daily and drinking a small glass of milk in the morning before I went to school. After getting into the routine of that, I had lost around 40 pounds (around 195 down to 157) in like 1.5-2 months. Like I said I had to ride my bike, but since then we've moved and I graduated while living 1.1 miles away. I was thinkin about doin the situps when I first get up, then riding my bike to and from my high school twice (about 4.4 miles) and then maybe 5-10 laps around my triplex at night, and of course trying to eat helthy.
If I had the will power to do all of this, how long before I would see results? ... and is the V8 fruit drink any good, cuz it sure sounds good.... then again I tried the vegetable drink a few years back and it was nasty, in my opinion. And as far as the first meal of the day, would the Special K cereal help, as far as not putting on more weight while trying to lose it?
Bah. Forgot the more important details:
I'm 18, around 245 lbs. , and about 5'6.
Please don't let it throw you off because my friends and I love to play football, and I'm the second fastest out of 4 other guys, and they're all athletic and in shape. My legs are perfect, it's just the waist.
Also, details I forgot. When I was in high school and lost all that weight, I don't know if this had anything to do with it, but in the mornings, I would drink a small glass of milk as I said, and also a few slices of bacon, and no lunch at school (never did so that wasn't hard to go without at all) and then a decent size meal for dinner. When I would come home and do the situps, I drank gatorade to put sodium in my system to help me sweat. Would all this help again, or did I just get lucky?
It may have been because my heart rate was up from riding my bike home, but meh.
