My mom just asked me to help decorate the christmas tree but I yelled at her to go do it herself because i wanted to stay in my room and try to lose weight.
If I helped her would I lose any weight? Someone said anything involving movement helps you lose weight and I have to move to decorate the christmas tree.
NOTE: I'm really fat and it makes me upset, I have now decided to try losing weight after I was told I had to buy two tickets for two seats on the train home from school. I'm 14, by the way.
NOTE #2: Will starving myself make me lose weight? People say it works but it is bad? :-/

Decorating a tree won't do to much for u unless your running laps around the tree and then after start pressing the tree but anyway if your trying to loose weight start with walking then advance yourself into more cardio workouts
