Question by Jason T: Weight loss?
So over the past 10 weeks I've been clamping down and lost about 20 pounds. I'm 6'4 and I weigh now about 274 and I was 294 when I started to drop weight. The problem I'm having now is I kind of feel like I've hit a plateau. My weight now stays just about the same and ideally I would like to lose about 20 pounds more. I work out about 3-5 days a week, doing about an hour of cardio all those days along with weight training. My diet has been pretty steady, consisting of protein and a lot of salads. I had a random thought this morning that if I do a little bit of excersise when I wake up, it'll boost my metabolism a bit. Any ideas on what I can do to get the last 20 pounds off?
Best answer:
Well once you get to a point where its a constant thing, of course your body isnt gonna change anymore. You have to start working out more (even though its already a lot) and maybe eating healthier and watching and keeping a journal of all the calories your eating. Good luck! =]
