Question by determined09: buying an weight loss journal online?
I'm looking for a journal to buy online for my weight loss. I want it to be a journal that has built in categories for weight loss tracking, exercise recordings, and calorie intake. Does anyone know what site I can get something like this at? I've tried online tracking on certain sites, but having something in front of me seems to help me the best. Thanks for any help!
