How do you know if you damaged your growth plates due to heavy weight lifting? Would you feel pain and would not be able to work out for a while or would you not feel anything?


Best answer:
You would know, because it would require at least an injury that you would be aware of. But even then, it would require a more serious injury that is specific to ones bone structure and/or growth plates.
