i have lost 22 lbs so far im looking to loosing about 30 and working my whole body and i would like to get a nice toned abdominal area. everything is going great exept for the fact that i used to be, not fat but like avergae between a mens large and medium and now i wear medium-small. but my stomac is allot thinner, and i am allot skinier but my rib cage shows, and i dont like it. if i continue to loose weight will my rib cage not be smaller but be less noticable
Best answer:
You can't change the size of your rib cage. It's composed of bone so it won't change size no matter how much weight you gain or lose. If you become thinner it will just stick out more
