Question by Efrain I: How would a full body free weight workout be broken up in 3-4 days a week?
I would like to know what is the best way to break up a full body workout routine with free weights @ home. I can only workout 3-4 days a week. Or simply how to break the body parts into 3-4 days. Can you help?

equipment I have:
bench: incline, decline, regular, usable for squats too
dumbbells
e-z curl bar
pull up bar
dip and pull up stand

Best answer:
That's more than enough equipment for a home gym. I suggest splitting it in two:

Day 1 & 4: Chest (bench press, dips, dumbbell flies), legs (squats, lunges with dumbbells), triceps (vary your exercise, you only need one).

Day 2 & 5: Back (rows, pull-ups/chin-ups), shoulders (presses, lateral raises), biceps (vary your types of curls, you only need one), and abs (crunches).

Day 3, 6, & 7: Rest.

Stretch every day post-workout.
