was just wondering what the best exercise is to help lose weight..is it swimming?doing situps? i have 4 weeks til my vacation and i want to at least lose 15 or 20 pounds can sumone give me tips...please give your experience thanks

I would run/jogg. That is a lot of weight to lose in 4 weeks. I would eat 5 to 6 meals and day and do a lot of cardio.
