i broke my collar bone about 10 weeks ago now and i was wondering how to get back into weight lifting again! should i start with body weight exercises and work up or after 10 weeks should i be okay to go back to my old free weight program ?!
i broke it snowboarding and only had a cuff and collar sling so it wasn't that bad a break. i have full movement now and could even tell i did it doing everyday activities.

It maybe 10 weeks but if i was you i would start weight lifting again but i would do it slowly and work it up from there.
