I am wanting to lose roughly 50 lbs. I go to the gym 5 days a week and currently training for a 1/2 marathon. But the weight isn't coming off, I was told that I might need a "jump start" with a diet pill. I am looking for something over the counter since I don't have health insurance and can't afford to go to a doctor.
