Question by Blue: Is a workout with weight machines as good as a workout with free weights/stability ball/bands?
I want to tone up, but I can't stand those magazine article descriptions of exercises to do without the use of actual exercise machines. If the descriptions are confusing, the exercises are awkward, or I can't remember them, I won't do them. Can't I just use weight machines?
