i think i have a disorder or some problem. See this si what happened, over last summer i worked out really hard and i limited my diet adn whatnot and i lost a lot of weight. However, at teh start of this school year, i have just been overeating and binging even when im not hungry . please PLEASE please help me break this cycle. I really want to lose weight againa nd im tired of feeling like crap after i eat a buttload of food . PLEASE HELP! what can i do to stop this and rid fo this mentality? Any diet tips that can get me on the track to lose weight .

figure out why you are over-eating - is it out of boredom? nervousness? Once you know why.. you can start to change your behaviour.. find other things to do, focus on other activities and you will not have the desire to eat so much.. find some kind of fun exercise to do..
