Question by : Women weight training and cardio?
Personal trainers - I'm currently overweight and have changed my lifestyle for the better the last few months. I eat healthy and drink water. I exercise 6 days a week ( 3 days are cardio and 3 days are cardio and weight training). As far as weight training, what type of training can I do to work on my upper inner thighs. I understand with time that cardio will work off the fat, but I would also like to weight train this area. What can I do to help with the upper inner thighs.

Add different types of squats and lunges and if you are going to the gym they have inner thigh machines you can you use too.
