Question by The Chad: how often should i do interval training on the treadmill?
Im 19 years old and ive been doing high intensity interval training on my treadmill 3 days a week and what i do is run for 60 seconds, then walk for 90 seconds and continue this for 20 minutes. so thats 3 days a week with 20 minute sessions on those days. is this enough or would it be better to do it every day? or should i even change my intervals? my goal is to get more tone, i also weight life on other days

try running 2 miles in 15 minutes 3 times a week. real good
