Question by : Looking to lose weight, prob 50 + lbs, don't know how to get started!?
i want to lose weight more than possibly 100 pounds..but i really dont know how to get started and what i should eat and what i shouldnt and how to possibly lose weight and tone my body. when i lost weight before i ended up having loose skin..over my stomach and chest area so i need help on that.. but for the rest any advice on what workouts to do and where to start?
i am 240
5'5
i own a elliptical and weights and resistance ball a yoga mat.
umm i cant afford a gym thou at the moment so any workouts i could do at home to get started?


Best answer:
The best way to exercise is cardio. It burns fat all over the body and it feels great and helps lose weight. Do 30 minutes a day, at least. Even if all you can do is walk.

Look into the South Beach diet. Helped me lose 50 pounds in seven months. I am now healthy and able to run five miles.
