I need to shock my body into losing weight and then decrease my appetite. I have done this before, but never in such a short period of time.. because before I would eat apples throughout the day.. and only have coffee. Seriously, it works. Until your boyfriend dumps you and you get depressed and gain it all back..
Anyway..
Major problem. I need to shed a couple pounds by next Saturday. Long story. Coffee fills me up so if I just drink a couple cups of coffee a day and maybe one apple, for the next week, how much weight would I lose? I'm sure it probably depends, but I tend to lose weight fairly quick.
I know it's not healthy, I'll get back to a normal diet after Saturday. What do you think? Also, I do floor-mat exercises every day for 30 minutes.
