Question by Pat: What can i do about hand pain on back day?
My back day is pretty brutal and about mid point my hands hurt really badly and it effects the amount of weight i can lift.
this is what my day looks like
Deadlifts - 4-5 warm up sets, then 5 sets
t bar row - 1 warm up set , 3 sets
dumbell row - 1 high rep set since dumbells at my gym only go up to 120
rack pulls - 3 sets
shrugs - 3 sets
pull ups - 3 sets
lat pulldown - 1 set
By the time I get to rack pulls and shrugs my hands are killing me horribly. and it stops me from going as heavy as i would like to.
any help would be nice.

I think maybe you are overdoing it with the exercising and need to take a week off to see if the symptoms go away. If they do not go away, I think you should see a doctor. Why don't you use the week off to do somethings you have been putting off for a while or switch your routine a wee bit and do non weight bearing exercises, like swimming or bicycling.
