Testing the new Dip Belt

Testing the new Dip Belt

So I finally got around to buying a dip belt. I used to use one quite frequently at my old gym but I haven't had access to one for over a year. Pull-ups and dips are probably my favorite exercises but eventually, I hit some plateaus. I decided to breakdown and buy a dip belt as I remember it helping me a lot in the past when I first started working out. It also assisted in helping me get my first one arm chin-up, a skill that took over a year to acquire. Now that my one arm chin-up comes and goes at random, and if I really wanted to get serious about being able to do five OACs consecutively, then I needed to switch things up. Enter the dip belt. This is my first gym session with my new dip belt. Just to add: I got the belt from amazon, but the website listed on the belt itself is prowriststraps.com. The brand is APT Pro Lifting Gear.
