I am 135 pounds 5foot5inches
Side fat and belly
I want to loose 20 pounds
I eat 3 heathley meals a day and 1 snack 3 bottles (8glasses)
I exercise by runing /crunches/weight lifting
I don't see any result but people r saying I am but I don't believe them They say
I I'm "curvy" I I'm just fat how long will it take for me to loose 20pounds?
I eat extremely heathley no junk food no pop

How To Lose Weight Effectively, And Live A great Healthy Life

Have you ever dreamed of having the body like Haley Berry, or Brad Pitt. Yes it is true they have high quality personal trainers due to the fact that they are celebrities, but you to can have a body just like that. In fact you can have a ten times better body if you use, and stay with these techniques that I will tell you throughout your everyday lives.

In this day, and age Losing weight is one of the main prioritys in life. But some people simply don't have the time, or the right techniques to get the body they always desired. Well there is always a way to get that tip top shaped body youve always wanted. Get started, and learn the techniques to stay Healthy, and live Longer.

Here are three rules you must follow in order to see results:

Rule Number 1-This is probably the most important. Know what to Eat, and what NOT to eat. You can exercise EVERYDAY, but you will still add those pounds if you don't stop eating those hershey bars, or going to the ice cream shop. They say in order to pack on muscle that you should eat six heavy meals everyday packed with tons of protein. The same thing goes for Weight Loss. Instead of eating six HEAVY meals a day, you must eat six SMALL meals a day. It will give your body the energy it needs to function, and survive. For breakfast, eat cornflakes, or anything with fiber. It will help with your digestive system. For lunch have maybe one peice of grilled chicken, and some salad. An hour afer lunch have a small sandwhich, or some crackers. For dinner eat light. A good peice of advice before every meal is to drink 1 glass of water. It will take up space in the stomach therefore you will feel full without being full. Than eat a low calorie snack 2 hours after, and an apple before you go to bed. That is six small meals in total.

Rule Number 2-Exercise everyday. Go to the park and run a couple laps around the track. Get your blood pumping. Once you feel sweat, you are losing weight. Sweat is fat being released from your body. Do cruches, and sit ups. When doing cruches, and sit ups, it is important to get creative. Look up, or find your own ways to build up resistance. Resitance gets your body pushing itself harder than regular, therefore you sweat more, and lose more weight faster, and effectivley. If you rarely run, it is important that when you do, you start off slowly. Don't strain your body by runing 18 laps, and than you pass out. Don't get to cocky. Start slowly, and gradually work your way up as your stamina builds up. Exercise daily, and give yourself time. You will eventually lose those pounds.

Rule Number 3-Drink a total of eight glasses of water a day. As mentioned in rule number 1, water does take up space in the stomach, and makes you feel full during meals, but that is not what this rule is about. When drinking a lot of water, you will find yourself urinating A LOT. That is the best part. Whenever you urinate, you are losing weight. Fat is released through urination. Be sure to drink eight glasses of water everyday, and you will see results guaranteed. Stay away from sugared drinks, such as soda, and other sweet drinks high in calories.

I promise you if you follow these rules, you WILL see the long desired results.
