Is this a good weight loss plan?

Question by A: Is this a good weight loss plan?
I'm 14, 5'2'' and 146 lbs trying to get down to 136 lbs.
2X/wk-1hr strength training w/personal trainer
3X/wk-cardio @least 30min (swimming laps, walking/jogging on treadmill, elliptical, etc)
I'll cook out of the Biggest Loser/Cooking Light/Weight Watchers cookbooks, eat fruits and vegetables and all that good stuff, & when I go out to lunch I'll order something healthy. Once a week I'll have a cheat meal out with my family. I'll drink lots of water.
Oh, heck no; I'm not eating 1200 calories a day! That's the bare minimum and I'm a TEEN. I'm eating 1800 calories or less per day.
