Wanting to start Weight Watchers for the first time. I see you can look up a lot of info on the internet about point value and allowance for my weight. Does the starter kit walk you through the diet or is it just a companion to someone who does the whole program with the meetings?

I have learned even with the starter kit, there is nothing like the accountability that Weight Watchers provides. I feel that the meetings are as important as the plan itself.
