Question by desertdude17: 20 year male at a weight loss stand still?
Have got myself down to 192 but cannot seem to get any further despite eating 1500-1800 calories daily...

Have not been in the 180s since Sophomore year of High School and looked up some stuff on set points. Not sure what to do but need to get past this and continue loosing weight?


Any ideas?
