The Maxwell Wrestling Facility

Proposed new business location. This property sits on the boarder of Streetsboro / Hudson. Right off I-480. Take Frost road exit, turn right, about 1/2 mile down the road, on the left hand side. In addition to a front desk area, there is a side office (dance studio office) that measures 12 x 8. The certified aerobics floor is 23' x 33.5' with an additional 8.5' x 14.8' coat room. after walking down a hallway, the space opens up into a workout room that measures 31.5' x 40' = 1098 square feet. It has wall to wall carpet and a ceramic tile walkway. This space is adjacent to the "treadmill" room. The treadmill room has outlets in the floor and tv's on the wall, as well as wall to wall carpet. It measures 21' x 42.3' = 1004 square feet. there is additional space for a small room, 10' x 8', that could be turned into a tanning bed room or massage room. There is also a larger office space with countertop that measures 15.2' x 8.2'. Next to the office and adjacent to the workout room is an open space...possible child care room, that measures 11 x 16.7 Then, there is the large area I'm considering for MMA and Wrestling. It used to be a weight room. It has the protective rubber flooring found in most gyms that service the "heavy weight trainers". It measures 42' x 32'. The idea is to cover 32 x 32 with 2" mats.
