Question by Carolyn Stoddard: What is the best workout exercise dvd and or set to use to loose weight? Being very overweight..?
Im am quite overweight so p90x isnt gonna be at my level, I couldnt do pull ups and push ups, I also had back surgery 5 years ago and I want to be careful what program I do. Please someone help meeeeee!

Best answer:
Definitely Cindy Crawford's "Shape Your Body" workout. I used to be dangerously obese and with diet and that tape I lost half my old weight.

Good luck. :)
