Question by Ashlie: Can I lose weight using ONLY the cardio and yoga portion of P90X?
I ask this question because I can't afford to buy a weight set or resistance bands. I'm a college student trying to find something I can lose weight with. My boyfriend bought P90X, but he kind of lost interest in doing it, but I still want to lose weight. I was thinking of JUST doing the cardio and yoga and eating 1300 calories a day. Will this work? I lost 15 pounds playing Wii Fit for God's sake so I don't see how this couldn't work. Wii Fit is just getting boring though. =/ I want a tough workout and I feel like this will supply it for me. Has anyone ever done this before? Any success? (Oh, and PLEASE don't tell me to just DO the entire P90X program. I already made it clear that I can't afford to buy a weight set, resistance bands, and all that other stuff needed. I didn't buy P90X, my boyfriend did.) Thanks.
Just to be clear, I plan to eat only 1300 calories a day, and I plan to eat HEALTHY foods. Not just whatever I want.

sure but try a diet to go along with it. that should improve your results greatly
